CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled within this window will be subject to 100% service charge. As a small studio, each appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations can results and lost appointment opportunities for other clients and lost wages for our artists. Thank you for helping us maintain a thoughtful and respectful schedule for all clients.
